The service
Rigi24 provides software tools for business management, communication, booking, commerce, invoicing and related functions. Features may change as the platform evolves.
Accounts and access
Users are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for activity performed through their accounts. Business administrators are responsible for granting appropriate staff access.
Business email sending
A business may connect Gmail or its own SMTP service so customer-facing messages are sent through the business’s own email service. The business is responsible for message content, recipients, lawful basis, consent and compliance.
Google-connected services
When Gmail is connected, Rigi24 uses Google OAuth rather than asking for the Google account password. Google services remain subject to Google’s applicable terms, policies, quotas and technical limitations.
Customer and third-party data
Businesses are responsible for having the rights and lawful basis needed to enter, process and communicate with customer or third-party data through Rigi24.
Availability and delivery
Rigi24 aims to keep the service available, but uninterrupted operation or successful email delivery cannot be guaranteed. Delivery may depend on Google, SMTP providers, recipient systems, anti-spam controls, internet services and other third parties.
Misuse and suspension
Rigi24 may restrict or suspend unlawful, abusive, harmful, spam, fraudulent or policy-violating use.
Applicable law and responsibility
Users remain responsible for business decisions, message content, customer relationships and compliance obligations. To the extent permitted by law, Rigi24 is not responsible for losses caused by third-party failures, recipient filtering, user configuration errors or misuse. These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Georgia, subject to mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
