Rigi24 International Partnership

Bring the Rigi24 Business Ecosystem to Your Market

Work with Rigi24 as a reseller, business partner, local or regional representative, white-label operator, or deploy selected modules or the complete ecosystem for your market.

What is Rigi24?

Rigi24 is a modular business software ecosystem. Instead of forcing every company to use one large system, businesses can activate the modules they actually need and combine them as their operations grow.

The current production platform is primarily developed for the Georgian market, while its modular architecture allows assessment, localization and adaptation for other countries and business environments.

One ecosystem, multiple business modules

Modules can work independently or together. A partner may focus on one product, several products, or a complete localized Rigi24 ecosystem.

Modules can work together

A customer may start with one service and later add other modules. For example, appointments can connect with customer management, communication, loyalty and other operational tools. This modular model allows partners to propose solutions according to actual business needs instead of selling unnecessary software.

International partnership models

The appropriate commercial and technical model depends on the country, target market, selected modules and level of responsibility.

Single Module

Introduce, license or deploy a specific Rigi24 module for a defined market or use case.

Multiple Modules

Build a market offering around a selected combination of Rigi24 products.

Reseller

Develop customers and sales opportunities for approved Rigi24 products under an agreed commercial model.

Business Partner

Participate in business development, customer acquisition, implementation or other agreed market activities.

Local Representative

Discuss representing Rigi24 within a specific city or local market, subject to evaluation and a separate agreement.

Regional Representative

Discuss broader market development responsibilities for an agreed territory or region.

White-Label

Explore operating selected Rigi24 technology under another approved brand, subject to technical and commercial agreement.

Complete Ecosystem

Explore localization, licensing or deployment of a broader Rigi24 ecosystem for another market, brand or domain.

Other Cooperation

Describe another commercial, technical or strategic cooperation model for evaluation.

Localization is more than translation

Launching Rigi24 in another country may require changes beyond interface language. Regulations, taxation, payroll, working-time rules, payments, SMS providers, telephony, data requirements and local business practices can differ by market.

How international adaptation is evaluated

1

We review the target country and intended business model.

2

We identify the Rigi24 modules required for the project.

3

We assess legal, operational, language and integration requirements.

4

We evaluate technical feasibility and required customization.

5

We prepare an appropriate scope, timeline and commercial proposal.

Rigi24 does not promise unlimited customization. Development scope, feasibility, delivery time and cost are evaluated for each project.

White-label and market-specific deployment

Depending on the project, it may be possible to discuss selected modules or a broader ecosystem under another brand or domain. Branding, infrastructure, licensing, localization, maintenance, support and development responsibilities must be defined in a separate agreement.

A partnership request is the beginning of an evaluation

Submitting this form does not automatically create a reseller relationship, representation right, territorial exclusivity, software license, white-label right or other commercial authorization. Any such rights require review, approval and a separate written agreement.
