Who operates Rigi24
Rigi24 is operated by NetCity LLC (შპს ნეთ სითი) in Tbilisi, Georgia.
Information we process
Depending on the features used, Rigi24 may process account and profile information, business information, customer and booking data, invoices, communication settings, technical logs, and information needed to provide and secure the service.
Google / Gmail integration
If a business connects Gmail, Rigi24 processes the selected Google account email and OAuth access/refresh tokens and requests gmail.send only for sending email. Rigi24 does not request permission to read, search, modify or delete Gmail messages and does not request Google Contacts access.
How Google data is used
Google account access is used only so the business owner can connect their own Gmail account and send operational business email from that account, through their own Rigi24 business panel, to their own customers. Typical messages include invoices, order confirmations, booking confirmations, CRM notices, waitlist notices and similar business notifications. Rigi24 does not use Google user data for advertising, does not sell it, and does not use Gmail data for AI/ML processing or training.
Storage and security
Google OAuth tokens and SMTP passwords stored by Rigi24 are encrypted by the application. Access is limited to authorized service operations needed to provide the connected email feature.
Your control and retention
A business can disconnect Gmail from Rigi24 at any time. Disconnecting removes the stored Google connection tokens from the business email settings. Users may also revoke Rigi24 access in their Google Account security settings. Connection data is retained only while needed for the active service, security, troubleshooting and applicable legal obligations.
Sharing
Google account data obtained through OAuth is not transferred to third parties except where technically necessary to provide the requested service, comply with law, or protect the service and users.
Protection of Google user data
Rigi24 protects Google user data using HTTPS/TLS for data in transit and application-level encryption for stored OAuth access and refresh tokens. Tokens are stored on Rigi24's server and are not exposed in the browser after connection. Access is restricted to authenticated business accounts and server-side components that require the data to provide the Gmail connection. Rigi24 follows least-privilege access, requests only gmail.send, and removes stored Google tokens when a business disconnects Gmail. Users can also revoke access from their Google Account at any time.
Google data and AI/ML services
Rigi24 includes AI features in other, separate areas of the platform. The Gmail integration and outbound business-email pipeline do not use AI. Google Workspace/Gmail data and data used in the Gmail send flow—including OAuth access and refresh tokens, the connected Google account identifier, recipient addresses, email content, invoice or notification data sent through Gmail, Gmail API responses, and related metadata—are not sent to OpenAI or any other AI/ML provider and are not used to train, fine-tune, improve, or evaluate any generalized or foundational AI/ML model. Gmail is used solely so a business owner can connect their own Google account and, from their own Rigi24 business panel, send operational messages to their own customers, such as invoices, order confirmations, booking confirmations, and business notifications. Message content is provided by the business or by deterministic Rigi24 system templates; AI is not involved in the Gmail connection or email-sending process.
Rigi24’s use of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google API Services User Data Policy.
